QR Code Link to This Post We're looking to fill a room in our two-story historic house. There are 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, and the house comes with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central heat & AC. We have a big backyard with chickens and a garden.

The available bedroom is about 180 square feet with two windows and a closet (unfurnished). It is very sunny and has a nice view of the backyard. The room is located next to the kitchen, so some kitchen noise may be audible. Also, you may occasionally hear the hens in the backyard (we don't have any roosters though).

The house is located a 5 minute walk away from Cocoa Cinnamon, Fullsteam, and the farmer's market. It's very easy to bike or walk downtown or to East Campus. There's a nice running trail nearby, as well as a bodega. The map doesn't show the house's exact location, but we can share the address with you via email.

The housemates are three female professionals in their twenties and early thirties. We're looking for someone (probably female) who would be a friend, not just a stranger. We often hang out and talk in the common spaces. Sometimes we have friends over for potlucks or movie nights or bonfire parties. We're tidy and we all pitch in with chores -- we would expect our future roommate to do the same.

The rent is $370 per month. Utilities are not included and average $50 a month, depending on the season. Start date is flexible (sometime in December or January).
